California PIOs asked to help spread the word on this National Campaign

The Joint NCCSD, NCSEA, and OCSE Public Relations Committee is conducting research to learn more about common misconceptions of the child support program and what prevents people from using its services. They’re interested in hearing from co-parenting individuals who do NOT have an open case with their local child support agency. The findings will be used to advocate for ways to address barriers to service delivery and inform policy development. They are asking California PIOs to help spread the word to your communities.
